Cali Bamboo and the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles’ (Habitat LA) ReStore present a philanthropic collaboration called the 2014 Green Floor Hand Up. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) strives to eliminate substandard housing through advocacy, education and partnership with families and individuals in need to build decent, sustainable and affordable housing. Since 1990, Habitat LA has built and repaired more than 1,000 homes locally and worldwide, transforming the lives of hundreds of individual. For every square foot of Cali Bamboo’s new line of Rustic Flooring sold in 2014, Cali Bamboo will donate a square foot of sustainable bamboo flooring to the Habitat LA ReStore, benefiting families in the greater Los Angeles area.
